 Now, between you and me, the first time I heard this funny word was at the doctor, who asked me to eat 2   daily to counter the unpleasant effects of precription antibiotics I had to take for quite some time and which gave me a troubled tummy – meaning – a running tummy – and easily upset tummy by all kinds of foods which I could normally eat without trouble.
